New Business
Allison joined Amerisource in 2007 and has held positions in credit, underwriting and client services over the past 8 years. Allison is responsible for managing the Company’s extensive referral network and originating new asset based lending and factoring opportunities.
Allison holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Certificate in International Business from Texas A&M University and holds active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. She is an active member of the Commercial Finance Association, Association for Corporate Growth, and Turnaround Management Association.
Andy Allaire has been in Commercial Lending and Asset Based Finance since 1985. He started out of college at Marine Midland Bank working in various Commercial Lending roles and spent his last nine years there in Asset Based Lending – Structured ABL transactions from $5 to $25 million. After that, Mr. Allaire worked for two years at GE Capital where he worked with small to medium sized businesses that needed Asset Based loans and Factoring.
Mr. Allaire graduated from State University of New York, College at Fredonia with a Bachelor degree and dual major in Accounting and Computer Science. Mr. Allaire has been with Amerisource Funding since February of 2001.
With over 10 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry, Daniel most recently served as a Business Development Manager at a commercial finance company in southwest Texas. He started out as a Teller at JPMorgan Chase and quickly rose to Sales Manager. From there he transitioned to a tenure as Branch Manager for BBVA Compass Banks.
Daniel is assisting in Business Development efforts in the Southwest region and is based at the Houston Headquarters. His primary responsibilities include securing direct business, building and maintaining bank relationships, and working with the company’s referral source base.
Kelly Collins graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a BS degree in Economics. She has almost 30 years’ experience in banking and finance, and has worked for NCNB, First Factors for 18 years and Capital Factors for 7 years. In her spare time, Kelly is very active outdoors and enjoys boating, biking and hiking.
Lori Lemuel has been with Amerisource Business Capital since August 2000. She started out as an Assistant Business Development Officer but quickly developed her own portfolio of businesses. She became a Business Development Officer in 2002.
Before working at Amerisource, Lori worked for the American National Insurance Company as a Financial Advisor for Government employees and their families. She then worked for nine years as a Purchasing Agent for National Convenience Stores, which was later purchased by Valero. She has been married for 34 years and is proudly a native Houstonian.
Randy Goeken has been in Asset Based Lending, Commercial Finance and Structured Finance for 35+ years, primarily in business development and relationship management, for companies with sales from $10-250 million and loan sizes from $1-50 million.
Randy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University at Los Angeles, and is a member and former sponsor and board of Risk Management Association of Orange County and a member of Association of Corporate Growth and Turnaround Management Association.
Courtney has over 28 years of experience in commercial finance. For the past 23 years, he has worked in bank specialty lending divisions, including Wells Fargo Bank and UMB Bank. He has also worked with numerous non-bank lenders including GE Capital. His career focus has been on ABL and Factoring solutions for his customer and referral source base. Based in Salt Lake City, UT, he has extensive experience in the AZ, CA, CO, NV, and UT markets. His business development efforts will now be focused on the Intermountain states and where his referral sources and customers have a need.
